Bloggportalen FemelleNorsk Gatemote

Hipp, hipp! Hurra!

Hello friends and family.  My head has automatically been setting its own alarm to 6 am every morning the last couple of weeks, just so I could get enough time to read for my exams. I am FINALLY done. My first one was ‘Law for journalists’ on Monday and the second was ‘Realism and representation in Film’ today. I’ve had a nervous breakdown both days.

But they both went very well!

So, three essays, one magazine and two exams done in three weeks – only one essay to go before my freedom calls. I can finally see the end of the tunnel. I’ve really felt how it is to be a proper student these days, my first year of Uni was definitely much more relaxed. I’ve spent hours at the library, haven’t slept more than 5 hours maximum each night, red bull and candy has become my new favourite meal and I look like shit.

My first ‘homemade’ magazine! So proud of my group:)

studying in park

Tomorrow I’m taking the day off. Julie and I are going for an hour with  full body massage, a two hours training session, I’m gonna take a loooong shower, get some tan and be ready for champagne breakfast on Friday 17th – Norways national day, which we are of course celebrating here in England as well!

So long. x

(My interview with Casper Lee from April)

YouTube-star Caspar Lee describe himself as “That South African teenager who sometimes talks to a camera”, because that is exactly what his channel is about; “I’m just a normal guy who shares a lot of his life with the world through his camera,” Caspar said. “I still don’t believe I’m YouTube famous, but I first noticed that I was getting popular when people started noticing me on the street.”

10 quickies.

1. If you were going to spread a rumour about yourself – what would it be?

It would be that I’m living a double life as both a YouTuber and special agent for the secret service.

2. You are stuck in an elevator – who would have been there with you?

Bear Grylls because he’d know exactly what to do.

3What did you dream about last night?

I dreamt that I was a turtle swimming around the Indian Ocean with my turtle family.

4. What kind of a boyfriend are you?

I’ve never dated myself.

5. What type of girls do you like?

Funny ones.

6. Best chat-up line?

‘I bet you £10 you’re gonna turn me down.’

7. What’s your all-time favourite party-song?

Niggas in Paris (Jay-Z and Kanye West)

8. Any party tricks?

I can dance like a sprinkler. (link for those who doesn’t know what it is)

9. Flats or heels on girls?

Flats.

10. Fun fact about yourself?

I sleep 12 hours every night.

Every week Caspar upload a 3-5 minute video about anything going on in his life, he calls it a personal blog but in a video format. Check out his channel with over a half million subscribers: HERE.

(68 Royal Hospital Rd, Greater London) The most amazing food-experience I’ve ever had.

Highly recommended!

I’m in the Norwegian newspaper, “Malvikbladet”, today about me, my blog and how it is living in England. Take a look :)

Kisses.

I woke up feeling one year older this morning. Today is my actual birthday, which means I’m getting ready for celebrations part 2! I started the morning with champagne breakfast by Kingston River with Camilla. The sun also decided to show today, so I’m definitely not complaining, just a perfect way to start the day of my 21st birthday.

As you can see I decided to stay in England for this years Spring Break. It feels a bit strange, cause Easter is one of my favourite holidays and I’m used to stay at my bestfriends cottage, go skiing in the mountains, playing in the snow and partying in my wool socks instead of high heels. But since I’m going home for a week in May I thought I might just try and stay in Kingston/London this time. It’s nice, but I have to admit that I get a bit jealous when all my friends are sending my snapchat pictures of white snow and lovely “Easter sun”.

The days have mostly gone to some reading(- yey, love being a student), training with Cassey Ho (blogilates; check it out here), café dates, walking by the river, watching Poirot on Netflix and reading my new Easter-book of course. No Easter without my crime novel!

Well, the dress is ready for tonight – and so am I. See you soon!

Kisses.

… and all that jazz.
